Toby Stangel who is accused a horrific shooting spree that killed a mother of 10 and the son of a pastor, was involved in a knife fight that almost cost him his life in 2006. It is alleged the Stangel was the aggressor. It’s also becoming clear that Strangel had a long standing drug problem.
