Pastor Paul Marmon has some explaining to do. Like... what was he doing in a public park picking up a 15-year-old girl's panties? Or why did he send emails asking for nude pictures from the same girl?
A retired 62-year-old pastor from South Whitehall Township is facing charges that he sexually propositioned a 15-year-old Montgomery County girl on the Internet while pretending to be 19 years old, state authorities announced today.
Paul A. Marmon, who once served as pastor of St. James United Church of Christ Church at 15th and Walnut streets in Allentown, is being held in Montgomery County Prison under $1 million cash bail, according to a news release issued by Attorney General Tom Corbett.

This type of crime leaves me thinking that people like Marmon are damaged. Normal people pick up used panties with tongs. Yuck. It's like my wife's relationship with my socks. Unless I put them in the hamper properly, they get thrown away. Normal people just don't seek out use panties (or Joe's socks!). It's sick.
Marmon is a fine example of a Christian hypocrite. He works his whole life leading a church, and then in is spare time gets arrested for solicitation. How does this happen? I thought he was morally imprinted with the ten commandments. I guess being a Christian, even being a Christian pastor, does not make one moral.
I am sure there is more to the story. Marmon looks like he's been around the block a few times. I wonder if there are other victims?
