I found this balloon sculpture today at the Block of Orange at Cafe Tu Tu Tango. He was nearly six feet tall. The hostess told me their balloon guy was one of the best working today. I've seen him work before myself, he is amazing. A restaurant review will follow soon, the meal was outstanding.
