Pastor David J. Meyer dies

Pastor David J. Meyer is an honored member of my nutball family. I posted a nutball alert on him back in February of 2007.  Meyer liked to link the Harry Potter movies to witchcraft in the worst possible ways. He died on June 8, 2010. By all accounts, it was a horrible death. R.I.P. David J. Meyer.

Father, forgive him, he knows not what he is doing or saying or writing against Pastor Meyer.. Pastor Meyer is in glory with the Lord Jesus Christ. One day soon all who mocked and scoffed will not be laughing.....there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

And his death was not 'horrible'. He suffered complications from diabetes and had a stroke from being sedated for an MRI. He passed peacefully after seeing his family in a moment of cognizance, and the life support was removed. He now is in a place of vast beauty, having passed through the valley of the shadow.

Now your mentor, Madalyn Murray O'Hair, truly died a horrible death. She was abducted and tortured viciously by an employee. Bet in her last moments, she was thinking about GOD.

I forget nothing. You have access to the same information I do posted on the internet, and likely saw Brian's video. A fungus did not eat his brain. He was treated and then went back o the hospital for an MRI. The sedative caused a stroke. After that, he was comatose but awoke briefly to see his family. The fungus was a complication of diabetes. Now as for Madaly, I forgot to add she was chopped to pieces along with her daughter in law, I believe. They suffered torture for some time prior to being hacked up like pigs. There was no loving, caring family, no prayers of people who loved them, because nobody di except for the Lord. They rejected and mocked Him all their lives. By comparison, Pastor's death was blessed by comparison, even though he suffered some pain. Reveling in the death of a man who did you no harm except to expose the truth will eat YOUR brain.

Pardon typos...........much love is pouring in from all over the world from people who were saved, encouraged, enlightened and given discernment through Pastor's wonderful ministry. Father, forgive Mojoey, as his mojo isn't rising.
Also, you seem to contradict yourself. You denigrate Pastor for speaking the truth about the Potter books. 'Mojoey' indicates to me that you are not a true atheist, but practice some sort of dark art. If Satan exists, then God must also exist. I know what mojo is, btw. You can't have it both ways. If there is a spirit world for mojo to operate in, then the devil exists and so does God. He is Spirit, and must be worshiped in Spirit and Truth. I am praying for your salvation. Yes, He can forgive even you, as Pastor would have.

Pastor likelyhad a candida albican infection from diabetes, which then turned into mycelial fungus that entered bloodstream then brain. Many diabetics do not take proper care of themselves, via dietary intake of foods that compromise their immune system.
Incompetent diagnosis can compound the patient's return to health. This syndrome attacks everyone equally, and can be difficult to diagnose and treat, so if you are trying to infer that he was singled out, you'd be wrong. It was his time to go Home. God allows rain to fall on the just and the unjust. I am glad he is pain free, at peace, and in Paradise. Are you a bit more educated now? I tell you the world is poorer for his passing, and where he is now, he's never want to come back to this sin-sick world on the eve of destruction.

Wrong you are. David always repeated to me over and over "He is Faithful' , meaning Jesus Christ's character and nature as described in Scripture. He would always repeat this to me when I was anguished over aspects of my life that made no sense, when I questioned the Lord. Last night I prayed 'Lord if he be with Thee, give me a sign'. Ten minutes ago I put on a radio station I normally don't listen to. I was on the internet looking up something and suddenly heard the preacher say loud and clear 'He is Faithful' not once, but three times. The mathematical probability of my prayer in conjunction with this incident is astronomical. David J. Meyer is in Paradise with the beloved Savior this very moment.
You seemed to obliquely imply in your first post that this illness was uncommon (i.e. that he was singled out, so to speak) and ergo some sort of freakish retribution. I have tried to show you using science that it was a natural death that can happen to diabetics. David was a diabetic.
Pastor is far from gone. From this planet at this time, yes. But he will return with Jesus Christ as I will, in the vast army of saints......to slay the wicked at Armageddon.

P.S. of course you don't believe in Heaven or Hell. You're terrified to die. You'd rather believe that there is nothing after death. The thought of the Bible actually being true is terrifying to most people. Easier to reject it. The fool says in his heart, there is no God. The wise knows there is.

PS...I am not in a cult and Pastor was not 'my leader'. Jesus Christ is. Pastor was just one of the few men left who did not alter or compromise the Word, or try to cover up what is happening in this world with politically contrived lies. David never claimed to be the leader of any cult. His congregation consisted of 60 people on Sunday....and over 2 million online readers of the newsletter. He pointed always to the Savior and not to himself. You need more education. I am praying for you Mojoey. PS I have a 164 IQ which means that I am not some dummy falling for a fairy tale story. Jesus is Lord, to the glory of God the Father!

genevieve, theres no need to argue with mojoey. did Jesus argue with devils? he basically said go away. now this is mojoes house and he is letting us hang around. do you know what i think is amazing? people who saw incredible miracles with their own eyes, lame people jump up and walk, blind people, eyes like 2 cloudy marbles all of a sudden see and they got mad, they wanted to kill Jesus, and then peter and paul. so dont think any type of reasoning is going to persuade mojo or others of their ilk. you have to want to be saved. people will come to you and say will you baptise me?

Wrong. the Bible says no man can come to Jesus except the Father calls and draws him. I didn't want to be saved. But I was written in the Book of Life, ordained for salvation before the foundation of the world. Jesus had to show Himself to me, and all along i was being drawn to Him according to the Father's eternal plan. Mojoey as far as I am concerned can delete my comments. But when he started making fun of my dear friend David Meyer, I am not going to sit idly by with folded hands. I am an apologist, first and foremost. It's my calling to mount rebuttals. Do what you gotta do and I'll do what I gotta do. You are entitled to your opinion. Jesus didn't say 'go away' to devils. He rebuked them. Look the word up.

And where am I not being nice back? Because I am proclaiming what the Word says about rebuking evil? Yes, i am a noisy gong, thank you for the compliment. Better than being a nosey goon. That's what apologetics is...CONTENDING for the faith. Get a concordance.

Madelyn OHare, her son and grand daughter were theones killed. Their former employee kidnapped them, robbed them of a large amount of money he had changed into kugerands (spelling is probably wrong). He stored the money away and went to take care of the bodies. He actually had someone else kill and dismember them, then he killed & dismembered that person. Their bodies were found buried like in a pit. That was a horrible death.

And when he returned to the storage to retrieve the money, I think it was $205,000---his locker had been robbed and he is now in prison for their deaths. He was fired from the athiest company before because of embezzelment.

Believe me because I told you to. Bible had one hell of a clear message right there didn't it. I wonder how much money that pastor made from his congregation. How much money do Catholics make, what about Jews or Muslims. It all comes back to the all mighty dollar.

HA I am a Christian and I can tell you that I prayed that God would take away the LTM ministry from David J. Meyer. As I said on another post about him on this site that I was a friend of this LTM ministry for about 6 years. The only replies I ever got from Meyer was ego-stroking thank-you cards every time I sent them money (to help cover their costs of sending me their sermons, etc.) I never got any replies from him whenever I needed answers about something. I even asked them why rock music was wrong, no answer! Another ministry, With One Accord Ministries, got me out of the rock music with their booklet. Then I had a critical incident and really needed help but they didn't even answer me, never mind help me. I then got evicted from my home, for the first time ever, was homeless for one month, for the first time...what kind of "Christian" ministry is this, when they don't help people? Maybe God put Meyer through the same pain that I went through when they left me high and dry!

Pastor Meyer was wonderful. He came all the way to NY to baptize me. HIs family was always supportive. His daughter corresponded with me and taught me so much as a teenager. They sent me their sermons without expecting money in return.

David invited us up to Beaver Dam and since we were kind of broke, he offered to pay the way.. .it never took place because of his death.

how do any of you that post here expect to change anyone's views or opinions with all this hate floating around? I think the points that genevieve and the rest are moot if it is not in lovng-kindness who wants to listen to someone that is being arrogant or bashing the other side? and if you are "ordained" against your will what is the point of your religion? you can't convert anyone because you have to be ordained and there is no point in going to services or doing anything since you are saved and you can't do anything about it might as well as do what you want right? for people who know the bible so well did you forget that following Christ requires one to come to christ through the word i.e. Ethiopian Eunuch, God created each and everyone one of us with freewill if he wanted ordained specially picked people he would have created robots that were perfect and did everything perfect in worshiping Him, but he didn't do that he created freewilled human-beings that he gave the choice to serve him or not because he wants true-hearted servants.. this is something for you and your people to think on Genevieve and everyone, Paul was zealous in persecuting Christians if he hadn't decided to follow the miracle that struck him on the road and had been like EVERYOTHER jew of the time would he had been saved? God wants everyone to come to him but he knows not everyone will, how are you going to sow the seeds in their hearts with that kind of attitude and wrong teachings?... Get back to the Bible people it was written so a second grader could understand it it's not complicated so stop complicating the religion, what bible backing do you have for the names of your congregations? the only two used in the bible are "Church of Christ" and "Church of God", Genevieve you are very zealous and knowledgeable but check your knowledge and zeal because it can lead down the path of hell -Your's truly
a follower of Christ
