Scott Walker has presidential aspirations. It is important that we remember how petty and small-minded his actions were when we are in the thick of the 2016 election cycle. Scott Walker's administration in Wisconsin, a citizen can be arrested for watching a peaceful demonstration. A police officer was actually warning tourists. Is this America?
