Update on Pastor Jeremias Quintero's molestation case

Pastor Jeremias Quintero, profiled here, will not be allowed to attend church services if children are present.

Jeremias Quintero on Thursday sought a modification to his bond conditions that would allow him to attend church in Grand Junction. He also wanted permission to leave the state and defense attorney Vincent Felleter said Quintero would not be unsupervised with children.

He just wants to practice his religion, with little children and teenage boys. Let’s make sure the children are safe before we let a suspected child molester back in his hold haunts.

Did you know this man? He was falsey accused, and sentenced. Not in facts, or by justice. He was sentenced solely on the fact that the Judge said he did not show remorse. How does one show remorse for something they did not commit?? Our justice systme once again, has failed an innocent man. His mother, had a heart attack on the steps of the courthouse, knowing that her son was senteced wrongfully for a crime he did not commit. I pray that God has mercy on the souls of those involved.

Its so easy to sit on your high horse and think you know what you are talking about. Sadly Jeremias was sentenced without even facing his accuser. It just so happened all the conversations/interrogations by the investigator just happened to "disappear". No evidence was ever presented. Jeremias case was all based on "hear-say" NOT evidence. No one seems to know the reality of the accusers home life. THATS where the real problem was. This boys mother
was a disgruntled parishoner because Pastor Jeremias counseled her on her sexual encounter with an 18 yr old young man of the Glenwood Springs congregation. A woman in her 30's, twice divorced with 5 kids. This woman was removed from a position in the congregation due to her indecency and failure to resolve her sotuation. Because of this, this woman told Pastor Jeremias he would "regret it." In the end, justice will be served. Not by man, but by God. It is a GREAT lie in our country that a man is innocent until proven guilty.
