Pastor Ray Mosley charged

RayMosleyPastor Raymond “Bud” Mosley was charged with child molestation in Silver Springs, NV. Mosley allegedly molested a 4-year-old girl.

According to the complaint, Mosley allegedly “encouraged, instructed and compelled” a 4-year-old girl to touch his genitals between July and April.

Mosley is an associate pastor at Silver Springs Christian Church. His wife is the senior pastor. She turned her husband in to the authorities.

The church wants to distance itself from the crime and the alleged pedophile. They miss the point. If their pastor can molest a 4-year-old child, what does that say about Christianity? What does it say about his leadership in the church? What does it say about his ministry?

This didn't happen to a church member, you know, it was a family member who was involved in the church here," said Heiser.

Family members at the Christian Center say, since none of the charges stem from anything that happened at the center, they hope it's image isn't tarnished in the community.

What are they afraid of? The questions should be hard. They should cause the members to squirm. This issue should cause church members to examine the very core of their beliefs. But it will not. Why would they follow a man who can molest a child? What does it say about you or your church? Where is the discernment? Where is the good judgment? Where is Jesus?

Pay no attention to our pastor. He allegedly molested a 4-year-old girl, but she was not a member so everything is OK.

He's a minister of your church ,but she's not a member so the church is not involved ? The cognitive dissidence one has to maintain as a Christian is staggering ! Must come from years of practice be-leaving in an imaginary , Invisible ,magical , father figure , friend that you talk to ,and think that he talks back to you . That was cute when you were 6 years old,but now it just sad .

This is what they do ! Christians defend the rapist child molesters ,and blame the innocent women,and children for the fall of these monsters.

Ako po ay isang OFW. Nag bakasyon po ako sa pinas last May 13, 2011. Marami po akong mga bagay na napansin di maganda sa ating bansa na kung saan kayo po PRES. AQUINO ay may malaking maitutulong para sa ating bansa.
1. Ang ating mga kabataan
-Lahat ng nakikita kung nag tatrabaho saan mang sulok ng pilipinas ay mga kabataan edad 18 pataas.
-Pangulong Aquino, hindi po ba dapat sila ay nag aaral ?
2. Ang mga magulang po ay walang mga trabaho
-Pano nga ba magkakaroon ng trabaho ang mga magulang kung may age limit
-Pano nga ba magkakaroon ng trabaho ang mga magulang kung wala silang mapasukang trabaho
3. Ang mga anak ang ngatatrabaho para sa pamilya
-Pangulong Aquino hindi nyo po ba mababago ang bagay na ito
-Bakit hindi nyo po ipatupad na taggapin ng mga kompanya ang kahit sinong may gustong mag trabaho ng walang age limit.
-Hindi po ba dapat lalo nating tulongan ang mga kababayan natin na may mga sariling pamilya upang masuportahan nila ang kanilang mga mahal sa buhay. upang hindi ang kanilang mga anak ang nag tatrabaho para sa kanilang mga magulang.
-Sa tingin ko po sa pamamagitan nito matutulongan po nating tulongan ang ating mga kabataan, dahil sila po ay makakapag-aral na kasi hindi na nila kailangan isipin ang kani kanilang pamilya dahil ang kanilng mga magulang ay may trabaho upang matutusan ang kanilang mga pangangailangan lalo na sa kanilang edukasyon.
-Alam namang nating lahat na edukasyon lang ang sandata nga mga kabataab laban sa kahirapan….

First of all i grew up here and with these people his wife was a great woman in her community. She was the head pastor not him. and theirs nothing wrong with Christianity its the people who want to blame something other than look at a situation as tragic than high Hearst drama to ha an " opinion about " I am certainly not defending his action and that's what they were his actions not the church not the community and for that matter you should try to not slander the situation to make a point about you hate against religious officials. people are all messed up and make mistakes and regardless of what stance you want to hold the world to religion has just as many good factors as it has bad. i learned allot about how to be good to others from that church even though i don't practice anymore i will always have respect for them.
Imagine being a little more opened minded as well and seeing that you can choose not to believe there is a god but you don't have to shit on those who do. You apparently have issues of no self worth and a allot insecurities.

This man and his family lived next door to my grandmother and was friends with my mother, aunts, uncles and cousins. When I was troubled his mother and father always welcomed me to their home.. I was around him from time to time my entire childhood up to high school. To be honest I find it hard to believe that he turned child molester AFTER he turned his life over to God. I honest wonder if he was set up.
