Why do I post on pedopastors?

Why do I post of pedopastors? I get this question all the time. I do it for one reason. This reason: Hat tip – God Discussion – Four reasons why Christians should not date or be friends with atheists.

  1. Romans 1:25 – Atheism is a mental drug for the morally corrupt.  Crimes like rape, murder and blasphemy are acceptable to atheists.
  2. John 4:16 – God is love.  Atheists say romantic love is nothing but a chemical reaction.  When an atheist says he loves you, he is planning on raping you.  Atheists practice compassion only to get something, like sex or money.
  3. Psalms 53:1 – Atheists are fools.  Atheists are nice only for their own gain.
  4. Corinthians 6:14 – Christians should not be yoked with unbelievers.

If you think I am likely to murder, rape or eat babies, I can only say bullshit. I have a list of over 1,000 degenerate pastors who clearly show that being a Christian does not offer one protection from committing rape, murder and blasphemy.

This is only is only a little over 1/4 of the pastors who have been accused of some form of misconduct. My bad Atheist list has two names. Neither was a rapist. Do you feel safe?

If this doesn't explain it nothing will.

BTW I love your wall of shame picture.

I'm trying to build out a full representation of the size of the problem.
Well I think that picture says a lot.
Very effective!
You have a brilliant website. Keep up the good work.

Thanks! I love a complement now and then.
Perhaps all the state Offices for the Protection of Minors should have regulatory oversight of churches.

Not that is an interesting thought.

And we can be confident that your "1000 degenerate pastors" is just a small percentage of the actual number of degenerate pastors. They're just the tip of the iceberg. Too much gets swept under the rug and never sees the light of day.
How many victims felt "safe" with these guys, only to have their lives ruined?

So many people have been hurt by this. It boggles the mind.
I never would have thought that an Atheist would be so helpful to the same people who have for 1000's of years tried to point there fingers at us ,and have the audacity to claim that we are the ones (Atheist) who have no values ,or claim that they are some how superior to everyone else because of they're faith.I am sure they can't thank you enough Mojoey for helping them see the LIGHT !

Part 1
As an active, avowed Christian, I say that exposing pedophiles is an important service to the community. Let me share a perspective with you that I learned together with my wife after we started ministry to homeless families at our church which came to be all about children, many of whom wanted to come to Sunday school and other activities for kids. We decided to try to match them with mentors from our church community, but being rank amateurs we were afraid of bundling the matching business. So, we made an appointment with the Big Brother/Big Sister organization in our city and met with the director. We asked if his staff would vet the adults from our church who volunteered to become mentors.

Part 2
Yes, he would, but went on to tell us how inspired our decision was, because the most obvious place to find pedophiles in his experience is in places like churches, Boy Scouts, youth teams and clubs, religions that require celibacy of their leaders ... These are for the most part organizations not trained to spot predators or equipped to check their backgrounds. You see, pedophiles go where the children are, he told us! Often, they actually go to a church in the hope it is a place where they will find refuge from their evil predilections, but here they are apt to encounter lax security because the lady leaders of churches and similar youth oriented organization have assumed exactly the opposite to be true of their congregants and members – a church is a place where pedophiles would NOT want to be!
---
The director of BB/BS called us soon after we submitted the first name to tell us we should not engage in Canada, although he was not at liberty to tell us what he had found out about it. Significantly, when we look for him that Sunday, wondering how to communicate his rejection, the man was not in attendance – that Sunday or ever again.

Correcting typos - blame it on the dicatiopn SW:
