Rev. Johnny William “Bill” Cabe was arrested for allegedly molesting an 11-year-old boy. Pastor Bill Cabe did so while playing doctor. Cabe is a Baptist. Why is this important? Baptists have no central authority governing their churches. As a result, convicted felons find an easy home. Like pastor Bill Cabe. He was convicted for stealing $8 million from church goers. Yet he found a job as a pastor while on supervised release from prison.
Federal prosecutors who proved The Rev. Johnny William "Bill" Cabe swindled churchgoers out of more than $8 million have confirmed they know Cabe was arrested on new charges.
They have not said, however, whether the federal government will seek to terminate Cabe's supervised release - the federal equivalent of probation.
