I have this thing about hipsters. It’s a violent thing really. I must control myself. A hipster is, often used to describe types of young, recently-settled urban middle class adults and older teenagers with interests in non-mainstream fashion and culture, particularly alternative music, indie rock. I have a better definition, but I can’t really repeat it here. Suffice it to say that if I dare to call my son a hipster, I’m in for some trouble. I found a blog that gets it.
