Pastor Howard Shockey was arrested on child porn charges earlier this week. It turns out that Shockey may have a shocking past. There is an allegation that Shockey was arrested for child molestation back in 1972. Two five year old girls were involved. He allegedly escaped prosecution on a technicality. This happened in Cerro Gordo IL. (Piatt County). The County Court House in Monticello IL, has a record of he arrest and trial. Apparently he confessed to the crime before being released.
