A minister charged by New York City police with raping a teenage relative has been arraigned in a Connecticut court on allegations he assaulted a 13-year-old girl at his Norwalk home.
The Rev. Phillip Joubert appeared in Norwalk Superior Court on Monday to face charges of felony risk of injury to a minor and misdemeanor assault. A judge issued a protective order barring Joubert from having any contact with the girl.
Things don’t look so good for Pastor Jourbert. Child rape, child abuse… It’s just does not sound like something a man of God should do. He should have known better, or not.
