I almost always have my camera with me. When I see something like Steve Gascon's meat, I snap away. Who buys aged meat these days? Really, I want to know because we need to be friends. I eat a good steak once or twice a year. I’m looking to increase it to three times a year. Steve, if you read this, I’m up that way four of five times a year.
