It's always the choir director

Troy Bell, another man of God, admits to blowing a fellow music fan. Impulse control seems to be a common affliction among the moral high and mighty.

A Southern Indiana church choir director pleaded guilty to loitering charges Wednesday after a police officer said he found the man in a car having sex.

Looking deeper at this one we find a gay choir director who will lose his job because his church has "standards".

“We have a zero tolerance for unethical behavior,” including sexual activity outside of marriage, Cosby said.

“We deplore the sin, but we still love the sinner,” Cosby said. “We have standards for leadership. We believe no sin can disqualify a person from the grace of God, but there are sins that can disqualify and jeopardize our ability for leadership.”

Was it really sex outside of marriage that caused his suspension? Or was it that he engaged in high risk gay sex while in public? Something smells fishy. At a minimum, this case is a classic example of hypocrisy on the part of Bell and his pastor Kevin Cosby.

I can't help but notice that a lot of religious leaders seem to spend a suspicious amount of time thinking about homosexuals.
