Pastors are adapting

When the old methods don't work any more, a new breed of pastor/child predator is adapting. Text messaging, myspace, and chat rooms are the new weapons of pastoral abuse. Take Pastor Claude Wallace of Ware Shoals, S.C. Wallace was arrested for sending 20 sexually explicit text messages to a 17-year-old member of his Church.

Would anyone like to guess Pastor Wallace's denomination? He's a Baptist. At least he was up until his arrest. Now Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church in Gaffney will need to decide if they stand by their newly accused pedophile pastor, or look for a new one.  Who knows, with Baptists, maybe it is better to deal with the devil you know.

You know,I respect your position. Child molestation, sexual abuse, or abuse of any kind shouldn't hide under the name of religion.

Oy vey.

I can't think anything more to say.

Despicable. Just don't let the parishioners of LRBS know; they'll rush to wotsisnames defense.

It amazes me how you can take a moment to degrade a baptist of any position. Whether it be a pastor or a congregation. Let me guess??? What's your denomination, baptist maybe. It's funny how people like to stand back and 4get where God has brought them from; instead of writing blogs a/b the Reverend- you should be on your knees helping to pray. And just as a side note... even after you have become saved there are some things you still will be faced w/ and have to be delivered from. How dare you ? what the congregation should do. you have a really bad misconception b/c no matter what that MAN does you should sit in the church for the HOLY SPIRIT. I'm yet praying for skeptics like yourself!!! Thanx and God bless you!!!!
