Pastor Willie Lee Marvin Sr., was arrested and charged with with producing, promoting or directing a sexual performance by a child under 18 and voyeurism.
An incident report says Marvin lives at 7610 Yorkhouse Road in Columbia. Richland County property records show that property is owned by Willie Lee Marvin Sr. and Madeline Marvin, and the New Life World Ministries Facebook page and Twitter accounts say the church is run by Willie Marvin Sr. and Madeline Marvin.
The incident report also states the victim told police Marvin sent sexually explicit text messages and an obscene photo to a phone Marvin had given to the victim.

IT IS DISMISSED AS OF THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2018 BECAUSE OF NO EVIDENCE. HE IS INNOCENT.
