Six Counts of § 18.2-370.1 between 09/01/11 – 12/31/11 While being eighteen years of age or over andmaintaining a custodial or supervisory relationship with a child under the age of 18 who was not the spouse of the accused and who is not emancipated, with lascivious intent, knowingly and intentionally propose that such child feel or fondle the accused’s sexual or genital parts

One Count of § 18.2-370.1 between 01/01/12 – 12/31/12 While being eighteen years of age or over and maintaining a custodial or supervisory relationship with a child under the age of 18 who was not thespouse of the accused and who is not emancipated,with lascivious intent, knowingly and intentionally propose that such child feel or fondle the accused’s sexual or genital parts

Ten Counts of § 18.2-63 between 01/01/12 – 12/31/12 Carnally know, without the use of force, a male juvenile

One Count of § 18.2-370.1 between 01/01/13 – 08/25/13 While being eighteen years of age or over and maintaining a custodial or supervisory relationship with a child under the age of 18 who was not the spouse of the accused and who is not emancipated, with lascivious intent, knowingly and intentionally propose that such child feel or fondle the accused’s sexual or genital parts

Ten Counts of § 18.2-63 between 01/01/13 – 08/25/13 Carnally know, without the use of force, a male juvenile

Clark was arrested three times because investigators kept finding additional victims. Clark has bonded out after each arrest, so authorities  rearrested him. Clark was denied bond after his latest arrest.
