Pastor Hugo Ornelas, formerly of Iglesia del Dios Vivo in Windsor, was found guilty of four counts of sexual assault on a child. Ornelas tried to claim Christian privilege, but was arrested again for violating the terms of his parol.
Ornelas was ordered not to be in contact with anyone under the age of 18. But in June, he was arrested again, this time on misdemeanor charges of violating the terms and conditions of his protection order, after Windsor Police, working with Fort Collins police, found Ornelas interacting with children ages 3 to 8 at the Iglesia del Dios Vivo church.
According to his arrest affidavit, Ornelas told police he thought the protection order didn’t apply to his church.

I was a member of this church many years ago and I can say with certainty that pretty much all of the statements mentioned above are correct. Based on all the details provided by multiple witnesses, there are enough pertinent details provided by victims and witnesses to proceed with a criminal investigation and possible criminal prosecution against these individuals. The state of Texas also mandates reporting of sex abuse of minors under Code 261.001. It states the following:
“Sexual conduct harmful to a child's mental, emotional, or physical welfare, including conduct that constitutes the offense of continuous sexual abuse of young child or children”-Dr. Amador Valenzuela, Sr, Pastor of Ministerios Encuentro & Conexion, failure to report multiple sex abuse cases of minors under his provision.
Further, Texas law requires anyone with knowledge of suspected child abuse or neglect to report it to the appropriate authorities. This mandatory reporting requirement applies to all individuals.
Wake up! Con man Amador, is addicted to pocketing your hard earned money and determined to exploit the church members without any scruple or remorse. Take a look at how he has sabotaged the church assets, loans, the financing, and ultimately transferring church funds into his personal accounts. Amador is no dummy therefore he actively recruits dummies who fall for his traps, and trust that he is investing in the “church.” The only things he is investing in is his family, homes, savings accounts and world trips including Israel. He does however keep wolves like himself around to serve as distractions between himself and the church members. These two individuals are Juan Campos and Oscar Lopez. They distract church members, while Con Man Amador embezzles the money while you are all praising the Lord and giving your tithes and donations. Amador will take any and all monies that come willingly or unwillingly his way. Do the math! The church should not owe that amount on the loan after all these years. He is now putting the burden on the current members to pay back the loan and in the process grabbing every opportunity to pocket more. Amador also instructed his cult members to refrain from commenting on this blog as he is nervous of more truths being exposed.
The irony Amador Valenzuela had convicted Pastor Hugo Ornelas and Octavio Rico write letters, with fabricated lies stating that the victim in the Pastor Solorio case had threatened them. When the reality is convicted Pastor Hugo Ornelas, Pastor Octavio Rico of Lubbock, TX, and Amador himself made calls to the victims’ family in spring 2004 pleading to drop the charges, in order to protect the name of this dangerous cult. Amador was desperately trying to get the victim to drop the charges; victim was not intimidated by the slightest by these fools and pushed forward with the charges and even got the press to cover both Solorio and Ornelas cases. (Articles printed the Fort Collins Coloradoan, Windsor Now and El Paso Times.) I guess Amador messed with the wrong person here! The local police and judge were informed and provided proof of the calls placed to the victims’ family. The judge then ordered the church to make absolute no contact with them. Though, they were persistent and kept trying to get info through other members of the church “trying to get the scoop on the active case” The victim’s family was bold and told them they would press additional charges if the calls kept coming. Amador was too much of a coward to place the additional calls. Hence, he has never provided a statement to the press about either case.
Now Pedophile Pastor Hugo Ornelas is in prison for sexually assaulting a minor from his church and for continuing to preach at the church after being initially arrested. He was arrested again when the police found him praying for a child, with his hand on the child. Again, Amador tried to help Ornelas and worked tirelessly to avoid getting the case in the paper.
Con Man Amador has intervened in every single sexual assault on children committed by pastors under his wing and attempts to put a spin on the facts and tells the courts the lame same story, that the victims and families have a personal dispute and/or issue with his church. He has failed miserably at convincing the courts. You cant spin facts and evidence supplied to the authorities.
