A Temecula area assistant pastor named Joseph Jermaine Spencer stands accused of rape, oral copulation, and penetration with a foreign object. There victim is a 16-year-old girl. Spencer directed the choir at Mountain View Community Church. The is no mention of Spencer or the abuse charge on the church’s website. Spencer allegedly picked the victim up from her school and took her back to his apartment were the sexual assault occurred.
