A case of retaliation against an Atheist?

EllenBethWachsEllenBeth Wachs of Atheists of Florida was arrested for allegedly practicing law without a license. However, Wachs may be the victim of retaliation for her actions actions as part of Atheists of Florida.

Wachs considers the charge retaliation for her group's protests over prayers at public meetings and over donations by the Polk County Sheriff's Office to churches, Wachs said by phone Thursday afternoon.

"They are quite happy with the Christian theocracy they have created," Wachs said, "and we've rocked the boat."

This case seems to be based on an incorrect impression by Ann Gibson that led her and others to make false assumptions. How is this Wachs fault?

I'll follow this story and wait for more information to be released but it does seem likely that this is a personal attack against Atheists of Florida, including EllenBeth Wachs.

I agree. The arrest seems motivate by a desire to put an political enemy out of business.
They need to ask themselves it that what they're Jesus would do?
