The man had been a youth pastor for four years at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Sultan. Church officials said the man came to them Aug. 31 and confessed after sending an “inappropriate” text message to his wife that he intended for the girl.I want a name. Does anybody know this guys name? If so, post it in the comments.
Update: A woman who was sexually exploited for nearly a year by Sultan High School assistant coach Randall Floyd Boyce McElveen, who was sentenced to prison for the crime, sued the Sultan School District for not doing an adequate background check on the man before hiring him.

this is old news but this coward groomed me and many other girls for years. He continues to LIE to this day about what he did to us. His name is BOYCE MCELEVEN and he lives in VALOR TEXAS now. He is in contact with girls again the age we were when the grooming started. He has blocked me on every platform I have reached out to him on.
I was 10 when this all happened, I remember being really sheltered. But the trauma of remembering that guy testifying in church and even crying because he was so proud of his youth for praying at the high school… only to find out he was sleeping with young women in the high school and grooming girls in the youth group…
It was part of what turned me a way from religion and God. Or trust in authority figures whatsoever
