Fayette County Sheriff Marty Fisher said Parker tried to contact the victim and family members by giving letters to a visitor.He’s a dangerous freak. I hope they keep him in jail until the put him in prison.
“Another pastor was to meet with him for counseling, and that’s how the letters got out,” Fisher said.
