Brown is accused of a felony charge of accosting a teenage girl between thirteen and sixteen years old for immoral purposes, and a misdemeanor charge of criminal sexual conduct.
Police say Brown was arrested after the victim's mother reported the suspect was acting inappropriately towards her fourteen-year-old daughter. The victim's mother said the suspect had engaged in inappropriate conduct towards the girl in the past.It’s ok people, he’s just a freak. Move along.
