Brian Ulrich – Dark Stores

My friend Rich tuned me on to Brian Ulrich’s photography project Dark Stores. I finally had some time to browse the project. I was mesmerized by the fell of the photos. Urban photography is one of my favorite genres. Ulrich nails it. It you have a few minutes to kill and want something visually stimulating, drop in for a look.

Most look like places of worship for a deceased population. Hauntingly beautiful.

Awesome collection! I like the last one because it appears to be an optical illusion. When I rock back and forth, the photo appears to expand and contract right before my very eyes. Incredible!
