A Cooper’s Hawk maybe?

I love birds, but with my color vision problem identification is always a problem. I think this is a Cooper's Hawk, but I would like to as the group mind. Am I close?

I heard this bird from my bedroom window. I told my wife it sounded like a hawk. She spotted it on the wire outside our driveway. I was able to take a few pictures before it flew away.

And… there have been lots of pigeon feathers around lately.
