Date Is Set For Youth Pastor

Pastor David Webb has waited five years for his day in court. He asserts his innocence, now we will get to see the state’s evidence.

The date is just over five years from the time that Webb is accused of taking an underage girl from the church and across state lines to Oklahoma where court records indicate a sexual act took place.

How’s that for fair? I still think he’s going to jail.

There have been a few cases like this one. In fact, there is one right now in Texas. They get charged, and then they wait. I don't understand how this is justice.

Hi, I know the accused and accuser. He was actually charged on Jan. 15, 2009. The act is what happened 5 years ago in March. The accuser only went forward late last year with her story. So the date from the time of the charge to court is only a few months. You can google his name and you'll see more info.
