What country has the lowest age of consent in Europe?

Vatican City - 12 years old. This explains so much.

16 is lowest age of consent is the United States.

I like taking 120mgs of methadone with 4mgs of alprazolam, 100mgs of diphenhydramine and 900mgs of gabapentin..And then after it kicks in..to smoke a fat bowl of OG kush or purple kush...maybe even a mix lol
