Priest's sex conviction overturned

In an unfortunate turn of events, Rev. Thomas Teczar had his conviction for a sexual assault of an 11-year-old overturned on a technicality.

The ruling last week says a trial judge erred by allowing an advocate for victims of priest abuse to testify as an expert in the trial of the Rev. Thomas Teczar (TEK'-zahr).

I wonder if the Catholic church will take him back?
