Former pastor gets probation for child pornography

This story comes to us form Decatur, Illinois. Randy DeJaynes, a former Lutheran pastor and high school teacher, was sentenced to two years probation. His negotiated crime, possession of child pornography. He had a picture of his student's genitals.

Investigators found DeJaynes gave a teenage boy snacks during study periods in his classroom at DeLand-Weldon High School and also provided him with a digital camera with the understanding the boy was to take a picture of his genitals and e-mail it to DeJaynes, who is the former pastor of Christ Lutheran Church in Decatur.
