how many bombings?

I was recently asked how many abortion clinics had been bombed in the last ten years? A Fundamentalist Christian friend asserted none had been bombed, I thought otherwise.

According to Religious Tolerance's report on Violence & Harassment at U.S.Abortion Clinics, the number is 47. Of course, 47 includes bombing, arson, attempted bombing or arson.

I found another statistic odd. No arrests have been made at blockades since Bush came to power in 2000. I wonder if there is a correlation?

Yeah the correlation is they believe it is ok to kill another human being but it is not ok to "kill" something that is not alive nor has taken a breathe. Hypocrisy at its best. They believe both are living beings. Where as most other don't believe a fetus is living.

Correlation? You're not suggesting that the Bush Administration usurps justice, are you? I mean, whatever next? Spying on Americans? You'll be saying Gonzales fired AG's because they were non-partizan. Pu-leeze!

I just had a conversation about this with my family. If people actually believe that abortion is murder, what possible excuse could they have for not being much more violent than they have to date? Pussies. Come on, by their reckoning we have state endorsed murder of about 1.2 million people per year and all they can summon is 47 lousy bombing attempts in 10 years? What moral and physical cowards they must be.
