Chimpanzees in Senegal have been observed making and using wooden spears to hunt other primates, according to a study in the journal Current Biology.
My favorite comment off the digg thread:
Sure, today they're only using spears but it's a slippery slope. It won't be long before they're rounding us up for sport and the Statue of Liberty's up to her neck in sand.
