Nutball Alert: Bill O'Reilly

I've been meaning to post on the crazy right wing rants of pseudo journalist Bill O'Reilly for a few weeks now. Each week he seems to fall deeper down the rabbit hole. On October 6th, O'Reilly asserted that "powerful forces" were escalating the violence in Iraq to influence the American's to vote for Democrats. I suppose this line of thought my appeal to some - if you are a complete and total nutball.

Warning that "powerful forces want to influence your vote" during the October 6 edition of Fox News' The O'Reilly Factor, Bill O'Reilly baselessly asserted that "Iran has ordered its killers to up the violence in Iraq for the next month" so that "Americans will hold President Bush responsible and vote in the Democrats, who the Iranians believe are not as aggressive in foreign policy."

I dunno, I still suspect that Iran provided much of the "intelligence" that was used to justify the war in the first place. Iran plays a deeper and subtler game of manipulation than we currently give them credit for.
