I shot this a few weeks ago when LA was getting five inches of rain a day. I happened to pass the refinery when the sun peeked out. This shot is my submission to I-gizmo under the Flag catagory.
oh wow, I took a picture of the exact same refinery on my way to san diego a few weekends ago! hehe... I just felt it was a great statement all by itself ;) Nice shot!
