Slutwalks. They are not what you think.

In many of the posts I’ve written on clergy sexual abuse, people blame the victim in the comments before holding the pastor accountable. Some blame the victim right up until the pastor goes to jail. I never understand it. The position is illogical. A 14-year-old girl does not entice a 40-year-old man to rape her. I did not realize there was a movement that addresses this injustice. I give you Slutwalks.

Rape of any kind may take years of emotional healing ,and for some a lifetime. Victims need these support groups . And we as a society need to stand with the victims ! The Christian bibles sick attitudes concerning rape are disgusting !
