Youth pastor Michael Lenzini arrested

Youth pastor Michael Brandon Lenzini, 34, was arrested for allegedly molesting a young girl from his youth group at Crossroads Church in Alma.

Investigators say they received a report from the state’s child abuse hotline that Lenzini engaged in sexual acts with a young girl from the youth group.

The police do not know if there are other victims.

It’s an epidemic. Youth groups are a smorgasbord for unscrupulous pastors.

Update 6/19/2012 - Lenzini convicted and sentenced to 25 years in prison.

Actually- the guy never molested anyone. he had an affair with a promiscuous girl who had actually had an affair with another married man from the same church the year before... um- but you won't see that in the news. I go to school with her and everyone knows how she is. everyone except her parents

they offically call having an affair with someone under 18 assault but --- i go to school with her too! oh my gosh SunnyJ! who are you? and everyone knows how she is. You are so right about that. That man did not deserve to go to prison.... trust me- no one forced this girl to do anything. she has done this before. it makes me laugh! and she will probably do it again. haha

This blog is hilarious. I have never seen something more judgmental . Why don't you take a look at yourself "MoJoey"??? You read the news paper and watched the news and suddenly you are the ultimate judge of another man? And you know what the truth is??? Man--you have no idea of the facts. you have no idea about our REAL highschool life! none. parents and old people like you think they know everything...you think you know your "kids" and you actually know nothing. If you are going to report and blog about the so called truth then you need to seek it out...for real and not just go by what you are FED by the media or rumors and think for "yourself".

He was married, a pastor and twice this underage girl's age. Cheer555, TreyT, Gaga43, SunnyJ, Roberta and Lucy, I wonder who you really are. I had a sister go through the same thing and...you have no idea what you are talking about. Young girls who fall prey to MARRIED men twice their age who bring them to their grandfather's house to - anyway - I don't care how vulnerable or seductive a young girl is. She was 16. He was 34. What don't you understand here? I doubt your integrity and question whether or not you (at least three of you) are the same person, posting to hide what really went on here.
