Youth pastor Michael Lee arrested

Baptist youth pastor Michael Lee responded to an advertisement that was looking for men who wanted to have private fun with children. He was arrested on the spot. Kind of creepy, right?

When the suspects arrived at the operation site, a home in west Orange County, they were greeted by an undercover officer posing as a mother. Once inside, they were taken down immediately by several deputies staged inside. Cameras caught each arrest on video.

Michael Lee is the youth pastor at Eastland Baptist Church, which is also infamous for the conviction of a child molesting Sunday school teacher name Ed Wilcox back in 2009. Eastland Baptist Church also runs a Christian school. I’d be re-thinking my commitment to the church about now…

Freaking people. Yes, there is a God, eh? This Church as an history. Close them down and incarcerate them with the most dangerous criminals, they'll take of them there.

Why don't you try going to that church and see for yourself what kind of people really do attend that place instead of hiding behind your initials and speaking ugly words to people you don't even know.

Ok, my kids used to go to the school. Believe it or not, I found out about the Michael Lee thing and I was willing to let that slide. Even though the man had been a sub in my daughter's class, I wasn't going to write the school off for one mistake. Then, I find out a couple of months later about Ed Wilcox, and I'm like you got to be kidding me. This is something the school was not up front about. 2 pervs in 2 years? I'm thinking what is going on so I decide to do a little snooping:

My husband is not a pervert. He never did anything to a child. He's not perfect, but it's amazing how God can turn a marriage around. I am more in love with him today than ever before.

Come to find out, this isn't your traditional type Christian school. The high school girls are extremely bold if you know what I mean, the kids act out in plays where they're falling in love with rock stars and beating up teachers, and many of the kids are dropping F-bombs right in front of the teacher without fear. Truth be told don't put too much stock in the word Christian - this is a place where a pervert might find some solace. The Pastor of the church is divorced, his girls are in public school, and so what I'm saying is this church/school is not what they appear. Hypocrites!! I took my kids out because my kids learned things at this school that they would only witness in a rated R movie, and they're in grade school.

Bunch of lies. That doesn't do any good for the people who are doing the right thing at the school and church. You can't mix truth with lies and expect God to honor your life. Read the Bible and find out for yourself.

On top of that if you're a female at this school and you accuse a boy of touching you, they will only believe you if there is iron-clad proof. Without the proof, you are a liar even though you're a straight A student with no history of deception or discipline problems. The bottom line is the school has no grievance procedure, except, if you have a grievance you're public enemy number 1. Even if a boy misbehaves towards a girl, if you've had a grievance it doesn't matter to them what that boy did to you to disrespect you. Maybe that's how these child molesters got their start?

Better get your facts straight. David, a man after God's own heart, was an adulterer, murderer, and the only one in the Bible to have the title "A Man after God's own Heart." IF God can forgive David, He def can forgive a sinner like Michael Lee and his fellow coworkers. I'm sure if your life were put on TV with a bunch of misconstrued lies, you would have some things you wouldn't want broadcasted. Welcome to the real world. Christians aren't perfect, yet as soon as a church member or staff makes a mistake, everyone turns their back on them. Where are the true Christians that would die for Christ and stand by your side during hard times? BYw, all charges were dismissed. Not enough evidence.

The Pastor at Eastland is a very nice man.
He is truly a man of God. Unfortunately, as far as his divorce, it was his WIFE that chose it.
He tried everything but SHE was the one who left to follow the world.

It is my personal opinion that the Pastor of the church is also responsible to receive undesirables into the church. Anything wrong in the church should be imputed unto the Pastor and his staff.
