Rape by instrumentation sounds horrible. Youth pastor Erik Shane Olson will find out how horrible it is once his case makes its way to court. Olson was a teacher at Mingo Valley Christian School. He is alleged to have raped a 16-year-old student.
Olson is screwed. They have him on tape. He never denied the rape.

The simple fact that it took the DA almost 4 weeks to file charges after the arrest is a clear indicator of how little evidence they truly have against the guy.
You don't know how long a DA takes to files charges or if 4 weeks is sufficient or insufficient. It's a guess and makes you sound like a child.

Also, a recording on tape without his knowledge would be in-admissable in court.
I would venture to guess they had a warrant for the recording. If the police had recorded Olson without one, that would have been a violation of his civil rights and the police would have committed a crime. They would have secured a warrant and you can bet your ass it will be used in court.

I personally go to that school and everyone there knows the girl is lying.
You don't speak for everyone, nor is it likely that you surveyed everyone at the school. You are talking about your own opinion and perhaps the opinions of your friends, but nothing more. Misrepresenting statistics is a form of lying.

Erik Olson is a stand-up guy and the accuser is lying through their teeth and playing the victim card when everyone at the school knows she pursued him and is now lying and trying to make him look bad.
Olson should have done the right thing and stopped inappropriate behavior. The burden is on him. When an adult sleeps with a child, it is rape. It does not matter what the child wanted or did.

Rape by instrumentation is a false allegation and the DA better have more than Hearsay and in-admissable evidence to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt to convict.
Hearsay is never admissible, yet nothing published so far is hearsay. The recording is admissible and is itself enough to convict Olson. There will be other evidence. Cell phone records, witness accounts, computer forensics, and emails. In fact, it is likely that this case will not go to court. Most do not. I'll bet that Olson takes a plea deal.
