Pastor David Love arrested

DavidLove Baptist pastor David Love was arrested in South Carolina. He’s been on the run since April when authorities searched his church in connection with the murder of Randy Stone. Pastor Love officiated at his funeral.

According the the LA Times, Pastor David Love is fighting extradition to Missouri to face a murder charge

On Wednesday, Love refused to waive extradition. Prosecutors say that they have obtained a governor's warrant that will force the former pastor of the New Hope Baptist Church to return to Missouri to face charges.

According to Stone's relatives, Love had a 10-year affair with Stone's wife, Teresa Stone, and had confessed to the woman the day after Stone's funeral, in which Love gave the eulogy.

The charge in this case is devastating and not what one would expect from a Christian pastor. Love is alleged to have conducted a 10 year long affair with the wife of Randy Stone, and then, it is alleged he shot Stone in cold blood.

I disagree with part of this sentence: The charge in this case is devastating and not what one would expect from a Christian pastor.

Typical Christian sociopath/psychopath. Good thing he had that "objective morality" that Jebus laid down for him to guide his actions. Otherwise who knows what he might have done! Oh wait...nevermind.

Obviously you are a moral relativist, correct? Your truth may not be my truth or your neighbors? Subjective morality is your platform, this is what I'm getting? Then please enlighten me....on what grounds do you stand to judge this man for the heinous crime of which he has been accused? How can you call christians socio/psychopaths if truth/morality is relative? Please inform me, if relativity rules where is the wrong doing ? Just curious....appears to be a contridictory statement on your part.
I will try to answr for him, but first, let me lay down some thoughts. Objective morality, as I'm sure you know, means a concrete set of rules, no bending allowed. Subjective morality is not an anything goes mentallity for most people. It simply means you have your set of values, but they are subject to change based on new experience or subject to some bending given a dilema. I think we can agree that most people, given they are moral objectivists or subjectivists, like to take the stance that it's pretty wrong to harm other people. Now where the problem lies is in some of the core principles of christianity. It advocates both doing fucked up shit to people who don't believe the same as you ( in both testaments) and also just leaving a person to live their life if they refuse to accept jesus after you've talked to them. There is no right way in their version of an objective morality. It's worse than a straight forward objective morality. It's very poorly thought out.
So you are saying that there is evil in the world just as there is good?
So what I am saying is that there are people who do bad things and that is it very easy to decern these actions without evoking the concepts of metaphsical evil and good. If you bugger a child, that's bad. We all know this. Stop playing games.
Yes, I agree to harm a child is the deepest depth of depravity. But you still didn't answer the question.
I'm late to this party. Answer WHICH question?? , since you posed a number of them most of which have zero to do with the fact this Christian minister/man of god/ devotee of Jesus is more likely than not an adultrous murdering piece of shit.

If you mean the question about good and evil, that's easy (albeit, unrelated to the article): there are no forces of good and evil, as you mindless religionists like to believe. People have the capability to perform good deeds or do bad (evil). The fact that Xtians believe they are easily forgiven for their bad acts by their imaginary man-god, tends to encourage a propensity toward bad acts, not dissuade them. There is where the sociopathic mentality of Christianity comes into play.

Don't want to accept that? Ask any Church going Mafioso, or any gang banger with jesus tattoos all over his body; or the disproportionate number of Xtian inmates incarcerated. Thyey are all "forgiven" , and will be again the next time they committ mayhem.
PS: But reality isn't something you folks are interested in or even capable of comprehending. So this typing is likely a waste of my time.
I was hoping you show for this one. Geez I hate this kind of whiny bullshilt.
Hahaha!! Me too. Sorry I was late ;)

Can assume David Love faith isn't strong enough to face his demons?

Is this the same Pastor David Love who may have preached in Virginia in the mid 1990's.
