Youth Pastor Dismissed

Youth Pastor Jason Glaza, a married father of three, was fired for Inappropriate conduct. . He was he youth pastor at Faith Church in New Milford. There was an allegation involving sex with a teen.

The Rev. Frank Santora, the church's senior pastor, said the allegation was immediately reported to the police and DCF. The senior church leadership team conducted a congregational meeting Thursday night for parents and youth to inform them of Glaza's dismissal.

It is not often that I see a church do the right thing. In this case, they did everything by the book. This is a step in the right direction. They removed access to children and reported the abuse. The next step is to inform the congregation, and they did.  It’s perfect, except for the church website. No announcement or press release.  They have a neat choir though.

Yeah it is good to see them actually taking a stance against this kind of offence for once and the choir do look lovely don't they? Smirk.

Pastor Jay was a good guy. He would never have sexual relations with any teen. I spent a lot of time with him and he loved his job. I still can't believe this.

Pastor Jay adopted MY SON! Then, he moved without letting me know. Then he GAVE my baby away to some person whom i dont know. I am now in the process of getting him back and putting him in a home where he can be better taken care of. Trust me when I saw the only reason I didn't keep my son was because I couldn't afford to take care of him. I put my trust in Pastor Jay but he lied to me the entire way. He told our adoption agent that I wanted my baby back but he had already given my baby to some woman i dont know THREE weeks earlier. He is a horrible horrible man and I'm sure he did do what they said because he had admitted to me. I hope he gets all that is coming to him in this world AND the next!

Jason is a CHRONIC LIAR!!! You dont take a baby and leave it with a family and then parade around michigan acting like nothing is wrong. The adoption stuff is correct!! I could go on but i won't.

Do any of you who are bashing Pastor Jason even know him personally or attend the church? probably not. He did not give anyones baby away. Lets get facts straight here and not post false statements. None of us are perfect and yes he did make a big mistake and let the temptation get the best of him but there is no need to add to rumors and blow this up into a bigger situation.

Yes we all know him personally. He's a chronic liar and continues to lie when he feels like it to cover his sorry tush. He blew many opportunities that GOD opened for him after this went down and yet he's still relying on his FLESH. He needs help with some serious counseling to overcome this situation. He is no longer a pastor and some how he will heal along with his family. RIGHT NOW he should focus on his 2 kids and wife and maintain that MARRIAGE STRONG.

Jason Glaza the child molestor needs to GO TO JAIL! He ran away and MOVED to Michigan just hours after this was about to come out. I hope they bring him back to CT and BRING HIM TO JUSTICE!

first of all, of course he moved back to michigan. he had no job and couldnt afford his house, you idiot. and i am sure he was following his wife. also, at the age of 16, you are allowed to concent to have sex (also, it wasnt sex, it was sexual conduct) with anyone you want. the reason Jason is in trouble for it is because he was a "care taker"(like a teacher, except pastor). next, he did not GIVE your baby way. He must have been taken because they moved out of the state. They loved that baby more then you can even imagion. and obv. he is going to jail. no one gets away with something like this. but heres the deal, Jason was an amazing person. sin took over him, and im positive sin has taken over everyone of us on here many times. bad thing happen and people work through it.

knew him for a long time.. even traveled with the guy. unfortunately i do believe this story. he was a crazy individual who was always pushing the limits. in fact, he almost killed us a few times while driving. something had to be wrong with him.

you people are really messed up, if ya'll really believed in your so called GOD you would not pash another human being, your all pathetic to also gossip about a situation that u have no real truth.
At the age of 16 a person is very concious of their acts, who says that the girl did not come onto the "pastor" and she should be punished for being a lil lets say SLUTY to come onto and seduce a married man, either ways remember there are always gonna be two sides to everything, and as "Gossip Confirms" yes he had innapropriate sexual behaviour leave ppl to be and make mistake....
i dont believe in your so called god and by reading this post i really thinking ya'll are really messed up and believe more in a devil
PATHETIC PPL
the short period i meet him and his wife they were amazing ppl, inspiring, understanding, knowledgeable and modern in their ways of communicating their beliefs, unlike some freak wearing a stupid black outfit with a white clothe defining his believe in his so called creator
