Religious statistics

I stumbled upon an interesting statistical graphic. It shows Believers as a percentage of the global population. The United States is all red (Christians from Various churches) and Yellow (Catholics) with some orange (protestants). While China and Russia are black (nonreligious).

Much of the world is Yellow (catholic) or blue (Islam).

Its also area's with no dominant religion. and i dont think they counted the effect culture can have in replacing religion.

And some of the western countries are shown as the dominant religion (with no regard for what part of the population that might be). e.g. where i'm from - New Zealand - is about 50% christian - 40% non religious - 10% other. which is hardly whats represented on the map. (i'm not entirely sure about the stats but they should be close)

so 5,999 999 996 people are going to Christian heaven?
No Ewin, that is not true. 4 out of 6 billion are going to the heavens. TRY IT ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST AS UR OWN SAVIOR... ur life will change as mine... God bless u all
thanks for the link to the world map of religious adherents. That was useful. One thing that has always given me pause. If theology claims the deity is beyond our puny understanding, i.e. unknowable, how can we presume to know in the first place?
